DSSSB Assistant Job Description: Post wise
1.Assistant Chemist:- (Total 40)-(EWS-05,UR-20,OBC-09,SC-04,ST-02) including PwD (HH-01) & PwD (OH-01)
Job Qualification:-
(A) Bachelor’s degree in Science with Chemistry as a Major Subject from a recognized University/ Institute ; and 11. Two years experience in the Chemical Analysis of the water affluent, sewage or of reagent used in water treatment plants or in the treatment of water and sewage in a treatment plant.
OR
(b)Bachelor’s degree in Science with Chemistry as a Major Subject from a recognized University/ Institute; and 11. Master’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute
Payout and Monthly Salary:-
Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay 4600/-Group: `B
Age Limit:-
Not exceeding 30 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per the table at para 6.
2.Personal Assistant:- (Total-84)-(EWS-08, UR-36, OBC-22, SC-12, ST-06) including PwD(OH-02, VH-02)
Qualification:- 1) 12th pass from a recognized school/ Board/ University.2) Must qualify the stenography test for the following norms:-The candidate will be given a dictation in English/ Hindi for 10 minutes at the speed of 100 w.p.in. The dictated matter should be transcribed on Computer in 40 minutes (English) or 55 minutes(Hindi).
Payout and Monthly Salary:-
Rs.9300-34800+ Grade Pay 4600/-Group: `B’
Age Limit:-
Not exceeding 30 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per the table at para 6.
3.Assistant Director:- (Total-03)-(UR-03) including PwD(OH-01)
Job Qualification:-
Master of Business Administration or its equivalent.
Payout and Monthly Salary:-
Rs.9,300-34,800+ Grade Pay 4,800/-Group:`B’
Age Limit:-
Not exceeding 30 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per the table at para 6
4. Assistant Grade-II:- (Total-28)-(EWS-02,UR-13,OBC-07, SC-04, ST-02) including PwD(Autism-1, OH-1, VH-01)
Job Qualification:-
Senior Secondary (12th Pass) from any recognized Board / Institute with at least 50 percent marks and having 06 months certificate coarse in Computer Application from a Government / Government Recognized institute. OR Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute with a teats 45 Percent marks.
Payout and Monthly Salary:-
Rs.5200-20200+ Grade Pay 2400/-Group: ‘C’
Age Limit:-
18 to 27 Yrs, Age Relaxation will be given as per the table at para 6.
5.Scientific Assistant (Biology):- (Total-6)-(EWS-1, UR-1, OBC-3, SC-1, ST-0)
Job Qualification:-
(i) Master’s degree in Zoology or Botany or Anthropology or Human Biology or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Genetics or Biotechnology or Molecular Biology or Forensic Science with Zoology or Botany as one of the subject at B.Sc. level from a recognized University or equivalent
Payout and Monthly Salary:-
Rs.5200-20200+ Grade Pay 2800/-Group: ‘C’
Age Limit:-
18-27 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per the table at para 6.Con.mctwo/ Imp/oyee oJ .he same Department:-Relaxation in upper age as a one time measure up to the actual time spent as contractual employee of the same department, subject to a maximum of 5 years provided they have worked for at least 180 working days in that particular year as per Services Department letter/circular No.F.19(11)/2015/S-lv/1751-1756 dated 11/06/2019
6.Assistant Foreman:- (Total-158)-(EWS-15,UR-64, OBC 43, SC-23, ST-13) including PwD (PH(HH-4), PH(OH-3)
Job Qualification:-
Three years diploma is required either in Automobile Engineering or in Mechanical Engineering or in Electrical Engineering
Payout and Monthly Salary:-
Rs.5200-20200+ Grade Pay 2800/-Group: ‘C’
Age Limit:-
18-35 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per the table at para 6.
7. Assistant Filter Supervisor:- (Total-11)-(EWS-01, UR-05, OBC-03, SC-01, ST-01) (including Ex-Serviceman-01)
Job Qualification:-
Matriculation pass from a recognized University / Board or equivalent.

Rs.5200-20200+ Grade Pay 1900/-Group: ‘C’
Age Limit:-
18-27 years, Age Relaxation will be given as per the table at para 6.
