BIRAC Recruitment (BIRAC Delhi.in) has published a new job notification in the prescribed format along with the requisite fee and should reach the office of the undersigned by not later than 15:30 hours on 06.02.2021) for the recruitment of 13 vacancies for the post of Honorary DGM-Specialized Services, Administrative Officer & other and other jobs for Research Department in Delhi NCR Locations.

 

Educational Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria for 1. DGM-Specialized Services, Administrative Officer & other (Total Post- 13) :-

1.Deputy General Manager (Specialized Services) :- 1 (UR)

Qualification :-

Essential:
Ph.D. in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Agri/ Plant Sciences from a recognized institute with working knowledge of patent searches and analysis and technology mapping.
Desirable: 
MBA from a Premier / Institutes of repute with proven experience in Technology Management. Excellent Communication & Networking skills and Experience in Business Development.

Salary :- 90,000/- 2,30,000/- plus 35% perks and 24% HRA

Age Limit :- Maximum 48 years

Experience :- 16 years with minimum 6 years of experience in a Senior Management position in industry/academia institution/research organization / Govt. agency and having exposure to technology / IPR licensing and familiarity with regulatory functions and business analytics of product management.

The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.

 2.Administrative Officer :- 1 (SC)

Qualification :-

Essential:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
Desirable:
Diploma /PG Diploma in Office Management/HR / IR/ OD/Personnel Management /Communications, PR or related subjects from a recognized institute.

Salary :- Rs. 40,000/- 1, 20,000/- plus 35% Perquisites and 24% HRA

Age Limit :- Maximum 30 years

Experience :- 2 years

3.Manager: Corporate Affairs :- 1 (OBC)

Qualification :- Essential:
Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Science or Humanities with LLB from a recognized Institute / University or ACS/FCS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Desirable:
PG Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance or Corporate Laws.

Salary :- RS.60,000 – 1, 70,000/- plus 35% Perquisites and 24% HRA.

Age Limit :- Maximum 38 years

Experience :- 6 years Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant profile in a similar organization, government or Autonomous, CPSE o SPSE.

4.Officer Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development :- 2 [OBC-1, UR-1]

Qualification :- Essential:
M.Sc. / 4 year Bachelors professional degree program in Life Sciences/ Bio-medical sciences/ Pharmacy and any other allied Biotechnology areas from a recognized institute.
Desirable:
MBA/ M.Tech/ PG DIPLOMA from a recognized institute in related areas. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary :- 40,000/- 1,20,000/- plus 35% Perquisites and 24% HRA

Age Limit :- Maximum 30 years

Experience :- 2 years; preferably in promotion of innovation/ entrepreneurship/incubation.

5.Officer Incubation (Network Facilitation / Student Entrepreneurship) :- 2 [OBC-1, UR-1]

Qualification :- Essential:
M.Sc. / M. Tech 4 year Bachelors professional degree program in Life Sciences/ Bio-medical sciences/ Pharmacy/ any other allied Biotechnology areas from a recognized institute Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desirable:
Ph.D. in Life Sciences / Work for any Management / IP / or related Biotechnology allied areas.

Salary :- Rs.40,000/- 1,20,000/- plus 35% Perquisites and 24% HRA

Age Limit :- Maximum 30 years

Experience :- 2 years; preferably 1-year experience in entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in a public or private organization.

6.Manager-Early Stage Funding :- 1 (UR)

Qualification :- Essential:
Master’s degree in Commerce/ Business Administration (Finance) from a recognized institute with at least Graduate degree in life sciences/ biotech and allies areas.
Desirable:
Post Graduate degree in life sciences/ biotechnology. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary :- RS. 60,000/- 1,70,000/- plus 35% Perquisites and 24% HRA.

Age Limit :- Maximum 38 years

Experience :- 6 Years Minimum of 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in investment processes, resource mobilization, fundraising, company valuation, early-stage technology assets management. Understanding of the Biotech sector shall be an added strength.

7.Officer: Technical :- 1  EWS [General] 

Qualification :- Essential:
B.Tech / M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Pharma / Agri / Plant Sciences from a recognized institute. Experience in making detailed reports and giving presentations.
Desirable:
Ph.D. in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Pharma / Agri / Plant Sciences / M.Tech from a recognized institute. Excellent written, verbal communication and documentation skills. Excellent Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Salary :- RS. 40,000/- 1,20,000/- plus 35% Perquisites and 24% HRA

Age Limit :- Maximum 30 years

Experience :- Minimum of 2 years

8.Officer: Finance & Accounts :- 1 (UR)

Qualification :- Essential:
B.Com from a recognized University / Institute plus PG Diploma (Finance) from a recognized institute Desirable:
CA from a recognized institute.

Salary :- RS. 40,000/- 1,20,000/- plus 35% Perquisites and 24% HRA

Age Limit :- Maximum 30 years

Experience :- Minimum of 2 years

9.Officer: IT :- 1 Physically Challenged [General] 

Qualification :- Essential:
B.Tech (CS/IT) or B.E. (CS/IT) or MCA from a recognized University / Institute.

Salary :- RS. 40,000/- 1,20,000/- plus 35% Perquisites and 24% HRA

Age Limit :- Maximum 30 years

Experience :- Minimum of 2 years

10.Officer Investment :- 2 (OBC)

Qualification :- Essential:
