Consultants Vacancy in CBI: Full Job Description
1.Consultants Vacancy (02)
Eligibility Criteria for Consultants to be hired:-
Law Graduate from a recognized University
4. Eligibility towards clean Job record: The officer with clean track record and not having any RDfucriminal case/trial against him will be eligible to apply.
5. Eligibility towards minimum rank held: Retired from the rank of Sr Public Prosecutor or equivalent in the PB-3 Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- (Level 11 as per 7th CPC) and above are eligible to apply.
Experience of minimum 10 years or more at Bar in conducting Criminal matters/litigation before the Courts. Knowledge of various Criminal Major Acts and also the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946/ PC Act, 1988 / the CVC Act, 2003 / the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 etc.
Place of posting: CBI Head Quarters, Plot No. 5-B, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003.
Age: Not more than 64 years.
Salary :-
Salary:
i. A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement.
ii. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract.
iii. There will be no increment/percentage increase during the contract period.
iv. The basic pension to be deducted from the last pay drawn shall be the pension as fixed at the time of retirement and as such, if the employee has availed of the commuted value of pension, the commuted portion of pension shall also be included in the portion of pension to be deducted.
v. No increment and Dearness Allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract. No honorarium shall be allowed for any purpose.
