Qualification Given in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Vacancy Job Notification Candidates have following educational qualification and eligibility: .Bachelor’s Degree in Law from recognised University /Institution. Experience: Four years post qualification experience Desirable: Minimum one year experience in District Court/High Court/ Supreme Court as law clerk/ Assistant/ Researcher. LLM degree from a recognized university/institute will be an added advantage.

DERC Salary Scale as per DERC Jobs Notice Rs. 80,000 per month

DERC Vacancy Age Required The age of the applicant should be as on 01st January of the year of advertisement would be in accordance to DERC (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 2008 and amendments thereafter.
