Assistant Director :-
(i) Entomology or plant pathology or biochemistry from a recognized University Master’s Degree in Science; or
Postgraduate degree in Agriculture with specialization in Entomology or Plant Pathology or Biochemistry from a recognized University: or
Post graduate degree Biology or Botany or Chemistry from a recognized University. and
(ii) Teaching or research or extension including aspects related to storage and preservation of food grains five years of work experience.
Pay Scale/Salary for Assistant Director Post in DFPD:
Assistant Director:- Pay Level 10 as per 7th CPC.
Age Limit:- Below 56 years
