Post graduate or equivalent degree in Journalism/Mass Communication or equivalent work experience. 1. 6-12 years’ experience of working with an online content agency. Experience of working in newsroom/website will be preferred. 2. Minimum experience of 5 years in digital marketing 3. Very sound understanding of everything digital including Social, Media, SEO, Email, Automation, Analytics and Content Writing. 4. Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolio. 5. Ability to conceive and communicate digital strategies 6. Very sound understanding of all the social media platforms 7. Very sound understanding of third party social media tools like Hootsuite, Melt Water etc. 8. Substantial understanding of social media and other digital platforms and websites. 9. Ability to think up new treatments and formats to deliver multimedia, digital content. 10. He/She should be able to think laterally, build connections and be a creative thinking person. 11 Substantial knowledge of writing content for the web and mobile. 12. Strong knowledge of current affairs. 13. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must. 14. Effective communication and interpersonal skills 15. Ability to work calmly under pressure 16.
