Eligibility Criteria, Experience: Essential: Graduate degree in any discipline. Essential: (i) Should possess good communication skills. (ii) Candidates should have 12 yrs. working experience in liaising with Government Agencies and reputed organisations and should be able to carry out correspondence independently. Working experience in a Shipyard with liaising duties with Ministries will be preferred. (iii) To be available at site for a minimum of 22 days / month and balance Off site through email/VC (Place of Residence of Consultant) for Liaison work. (iv) Should be resident of Delhi/ NCR with local mobility.
