1.Additional Director General :-(Various Vacancy)
Qualification :-
Essential Qualifications:
a) MD/MS/DNB or equivalent degree* recognized by MCI OR First Class Master’s degree with Ph.D from a recognized University in subjects as given in Annexure-I.
b) 19 years R&D experience in the relevant areas as listed in Annexure-I from a recognized institute, (preferably 5 years in a managerial position to handle R&D projects independently) including 3 years regular service in the Pay matrix level — 14 or equivalence as per DOPT guidelines as amended from time to time ”
4. Duration of the contract: The appointment will be for duration of 2 years or till superannuation, whichever is earlier. During this tenure, if the incumbent is from ICMR, he/she will hold lien of his/her substantive post at ICMR.
Salary :- Level 15 of Pay Matrix (Rs.1,82,200-2,24,100) (7th CPC Scale) and usual allowances
Age Limit :- Upper age limit is 60 years. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall as per the guidelines of Department of Personnel and Training issued from time to time. However, the prescribed age may relaxed in exceptional cases for experienced and qualified candidates by ICMR.
