Candidates must have at least two or three years of NCC service and a minimum grade of B on their NCC certificate test. Non-C Grade holders are ineligible to apply for the Join Indian Army Recruitment 2023. Candidates should bring their originals and a self-attested copy of the following documents to the selection process. Those who are chosen will train for 49 weeks at the Chennai-based Officers Training Academy (OTA). The University of Madras will confer a “Post Graduate Diploma in Defence Management and Strategic Studies” on those who successfully finish Pre-Commission training at OTA, Chennai.
