(b) Possessing the educational and other qualifications as given below: (i) Master’s Degree in English from a University or equivalent. (ii) Ten years experience in Journalism or as Editor in English in any publication department of the Central Government or any Newspaper or news agency or publicity organization under the Central Government. Desirable: Degree or diploma in Journalism of University or Institution. |
