Customer Relationship Manager

Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks /Full time B.Arch degree with not less than 60% marks & MBA/PGDBM degree with not less than 75% marks. Minimum Five years of experience in following areas: 1. Managing Clients who has entered into an LOI/MOU 2. Follow up with client for agreements and documentation. 3. Handing over and taking possession of premises as per the Agreement conditions. 4. Maintenance of copies of all agreements for managing the obligations of each stakeholder 5. Making relevant Entries in Sales Force or similar CRM software. 6. Coordination with internal departments for handing over/taking over of possession to/from Clients as per possession conditions stipulated in the Agreements etc.
