Educational Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria for 1. General Manager (Total Post- 01) :-
General Manager :-
Qualification :- Full time MBA/ two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management and specialization in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Corporate communication as major subject, from Government recognized Institute/ University with 60% aggregate marks.
Salary :- Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 Per Month

Applicants/ Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of ₹1000/- (Candidates will be levied tax/charge by their transaction bank, as per prescribed rates apply). SC, ST, PWD & Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Experience :-
Total 15 years of relevant experience, out of which minimum period of 2 years experience in one step below the post (E-5) in the scale of pay of ₹80,000-220000 (IDA) or Leve 113, ₹1,23,100 – 2,15,900/- (CDA) if working in PSU/ Government or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of ₹23,00000/- (Twenty Three Lac Per Annum) for the last two years if working in Private Sector Company/ Banks. The candidate should be presently working on a regular basis.

(i) Self-attested Matriculation/ Secondary Certificate as proof of date of birth.
(ii) Self-attested Photocopies of all necessary Pass Certificates and Mark Sheets of Educational Qualification and other qualifications, if any.
(iii) Self-attested Photocopies of all Post Qualification Experience Certificate (including from present employer) indicating clearly the date of joining and relieving of the posts (e.g. experience certificate, pay, slip, Form-16, job assignment, joining & separation order, etc.)
(iv) Self-attested Certificate of SC/ ST/ latest OBC (NCL) / latest EWS/ PWD/ Ex-Serviceman as the case may be from appropriate authorities (if applicable)
(v) Self-attested proof of identification (Aadhar Card, PAN card, Voter Identity Card, Indian Passport, etc.)
(vi) One recent passport size color photograph. The photo-print should be clear and should have full-face front view, eyes open.
