(Civil) or its equivalent & Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management / Planning or equivalent, from an institute of repute.Experience :- Should have minimum 6/4/2 years’ post qualification experience (for AM, Sr. Exe., Exe., respectively) of working in the field of Planning, out of which minimum 3/2/1 years should be in Metro Rail/ Railways projects. -Should have experience of cost estimation, preparing and periodically updating construction schedule, identifying critical path and other activities related to project management for Urban Metro Projects. -Should have proficiency on Primavera P6, MS Project, 4DBIM and dashboard tools, such as Power BI etc. |
