Desirable Qualification and Experience Post Graduation in a suitable discipline and/or MBA/PGDM (preferably in Human Resources) ISTD Diploma Experience in Training and e-Learning Experience :- (i) 16 years of experience in Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous and Statutory bodies of Government of India, States & UT Govt. Having at least 5 years of experience in Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, e Governance Trainings in a computerised environment.
