Pay Scale/Monthly Salary for Consultant Engineer in ICMR-National Institute for Research in Reproductive and Child Health?

| Consultant Engineer | The consultant shall be paid a fixed consolidated monthly remuneration arrived at by deducting the pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement in terms of Ministry of Finance, Dept of Expenditure OM FNo. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020. No increment and Dearness Allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract. 2. A fixed amount as Transport Allowance to commute between the residence and the place of work shall be paid of an amount not exceeding the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement. The amount so fixed shall remain unchanged during the term of appointment. The entitlement of transport allowance will be as per DOE’s OM No. 21/5/2017-E.II(B) dated 07.07.2017. However, no Dearness Allowance shall be admissible on the Transportation Allowance. 3. No Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance shall be admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion. However, Consultants shall be allowed TA/DA for their travel inside the country in connection with the official work as per his/her entitlement at the time of retirement as provided under SR 190(A). 4. Since the posts are purely on temporary/contractual basis, no benefit of Accommodation, CGHS, Provident Fund, Leave Travel Concession, telephone reimbursement, Medical, etc. will be available to the appointee. 5. All applicable taxes as per government rules and regulations will be deducted at the source. |

| Online Applications are invited on or before 16.03.2022 for the following vacancy under ICMR Extramural Non-Institutional ad-hoc project to be filled on purely temporary basis at ICMR-NIRRCH, Mumbai. All applications will be screened and only shortlisted candidates will be called for online interviewApplications are invited for the full-time post of Consultant Engineer (Civil Engineering) on a contract basis in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) up to 05:00 PM on 22nd March 2022 initially for six months for Technical and Administrative supervision of the civil work relating to construction and maintenance of the various buildings of the Institute.Candidates meeting the age criteria and possessing the required qualifications, experience, etc. can fill the Application Form given in Annexure-1 and submit it to NIRRCH Administration up to 05:00 PM on 22nd March 2022 through post/courier or by hand. |
