a) B/E./B.Tech in Electronics/IT/Computer Science/MCA/M.Sc. or equivalent with min. 10 years relevant experience b) Good experience Information Security including IT infrastructure, Application, Data stores specially around open source products, Security Operations & Analytics in large IT setups. c) Min. 2 years of experience in Cyber Security operations management of large scale, multi-tiered, heterogeneous IT infrastructures / Data Centers d) At least 4 years’ experience of hands-on Cyber Security operations center, IT environments with 24×7 working e) Security certifications (Any two) like OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, CCNA/P/Sec, CCSK, CCSA/SE, CEH, Cloud Security or equivalent and knowledge of security standards & frameworks e.g. ISMS, ITSMS are desirable Comprehensive knowledge and application of a) Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK mapping of incidents and controls b) Security Analytics c) Intelligence Driven Defence d) Attack detection development and tuning e) Enterprise Cloud Security detection and controls. f) Cyber threat hunting, anomaly detection and control deployment automation. Ability to identify security risks and issues in a real time environment, and take proportionate and appropriate actions. Should have managed enterprise user host security and their tools and teams. |
