b. Must be able to maneuver multifarious responsibilities with ease and efficiency. Deep understanding of the global semiconductor industry, including but not limited to: o Semiconductor products i Semiconductor manufacturing c. Strong networking skills with an ability to identify, engage and build sustainable relationships. A strong network in the domestic and global semiconductor industry will be an added advantage. Must possess outstanding organizational abilities such as planning and strategy-building skills. d. Prior experience of working on the policies/strategies of national importance. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with fast-paced decision making while advising leadership teams. e. Strong time-management skills with the proclivity to dedicatedly follow guidelines and abide by strict timelines. Should be well versed with Microsoft Office Suite. |
