| Monitoring and Evaluation Expert | a) Masters in health economics, statistics, development, economics, public health, population studies or any other relevant field with strong background in research methods.
b) Ph.D in any of above / relevant fields will be preferred. c) At least of five years of relevant professional work experience, showing at least 2 years d) involvement with health/social data monitoring and involvement in conducting and managing evaluation and research projects and programmes. e) Good understanding of the technical methods employed in R &E efforts, such as the overall design, sampling approaches, sample size calculation and data collection approaches (e.g. f) reliability, internal/external validity, bias). Knowledge of writing quality research papers, concept notes, terms of reference protocols, inception and final reports. g) Proficient computer literacy, specifically advanced Excel and Word and Statistical Softwares (SPSS /STATA/R) |
