Demonstrated experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection and analysis; d. Experience in dealing with Municipal Governments, Smart City SPVs or any other Government agencies in India; e. Excellent drafting and documentation skills; f. Strong communication skills in English and Odia; g. Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view; h. Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities. |
