Experience: Minimum 7 years’ Post Qualification experience in a listed company/ Scheduled Commercial Bank / NBFC / Financial services company. The experience should be in SEBI/companies Act/RBI related compliance/filings and secretarial functions. 2. Proficiency in MS Office suite will an added advantage. 3.
