Technical Consultant

Post-graduate degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science  or a closely related field. Experience: a) At least 5 years of relevant experience at the national level on climate change related programmes post Master’s degree. b) Experience in undertaking projects related to inventory development, vulnerability assessment and adaptation, GHG mitigation actions, and other aspects of National Communication. c) Well versed with the UNFCCC guidelines and IPCC GHG inventory estimation methodologies. d) Experience of working with Central and/or State Governments/ NGOs/ Civil Society on similar assignments will be preferred. e) Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages f) Familiarity with the working environment and professional standards of international organizations and national and State Governments.
