| HC (General Operator/Mechanic/ Wireman/Lineman/Electrician/Electrical | (a) Deputation
(i) Head Constables of Border Security Force possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate from a recognized institute with two years’ experience certificate in the respective trade from any Institute or Organization recognized by the Central or the State Governments subject to qualifying professional test or (i) Constables of Border Security’ Force with eight years’ regular service in the levels in the pay matrix and possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate from a recognized institute with three years’ experience certificate in the respective trade from any Institute or Organization recognized by the Central or State Governments subject to qualifying of professional test; or Oil) Personnel holding equivalent or analogous posts in the Army, other Central Para Military Forces of the Central or State Police Organizations. Central Public Works Department or the State Public Works Department or the Central or State Government Ministries or Departments and possessing the following qualification namely:- (b) (I) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board or Institute: (ii) Industrial Training Institute certificate in respective trade from a recognized Institute with three years’ experience in the respec tive trade from a firm recognized by the Central or the State Government subject to qualifying professional test. (C) For Ex-Servicemen Deputation/Re-employment : The Armed Forces personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered Such persons would be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment. (d) The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maxi-mum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 52 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. |
| Head Constable (Pump Operator) | (a) Deputation :-
(I) Sewing Border Security Force Head Constable (General Duty) possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate and two years’ experience certificate in the respective trade from any institute recognized by Central or State Government subject to qua.,i-fying proficiency test. Serving Border Security Force Constables (General Duty) having eight years’ service and possessing Industrial Trah-ling tute certificate and three years’ experience certificate in the respective trade from any Institute recognized by the Central oe State Governments subject to qualifying of professional test. (iii) Personnel holding equivalent or analogous posts in Army. other Central Armed Police Forces or Central or the State Police Organization, Central Public Works Department or Public Works Department or Central or the State Government Ministries or Depart-ments and possessing following qualifications:-Matriculation pass or 10th class from recognized board or Institute or equivalent and Industrial Training institute (ITI) certificate in trade like Fitter or Blacksmith or Carpenter or Mason or Plumber or Pump Operator or three years’ experience in respective trade from a reputed firm subject to qualifying proficiency test. (iv) The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 52 years as on the closing date of receipts of applications. (v) Period of deputation tncluding the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government snail ordinarily not exceed three years’. |
| Head Constable (Pioneer) | a) Deputation :-
(I) Serving Border Security Force Head Constable (Genera] Duty) possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate and two years’ experience certificate in the respective trade from any institute recognized by Central or State Government subject to qualifying proficiency test, (ii) Serving Border Security Force Constables (General Duty) having eight years’ service and possessing Industrial Training Institute certificate and three years’ experience certificate in the respective trade from any institute recognized by the Central or State Governments subject to qualifying of professional test, (iii) Personnel holding equivalent or analogous posts in Army. other Central Para Military 71orces or Central or State Police Organi-zation. Central Public works Department or Public \Norks Department or Central or the State Government Ministries or Departments and possessing following qualifications:- Matriculation or 10th class pass from recognized board or Institute or equivalent and Industrial Training Institute (ITO certificate in the trade like Mason or Carpenter or Plumber or Electrician or Blacksmith or Welder or Painter of Polisher or Mechanist or three years’ experience in respective trade from a reputed firm subject to qualifying proficiency test. (iv) The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceed[ng 52 years as on the closing date of receipts of applications. (v) Period of deputation inc lulling the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immeclEately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years’. |
